Redeveloping Umeda Area, Osaka
  The Nishi-Umeda Development Project has been implemented through a Group-wide effort. In Phase 1, a skyscraper complex named HERBIS OSAKA was constructed with The Ritz-Carton, Osaka as its key tenant. Phase 2 has also been completed with the opening of HERBIS ENT, a commercial facility and office complex highlighted by the Osaka Shiki Theatre, which is dedicated to performances by Shiki Theatre Company. With the opening of these facilities, we have completed the redevelopment of Nishi-Umeda district, encompassing from the area of The Hanshin Department Store to Diamor Osaka underground shopping center, HERBIS OSAKA, HERBIS ENT and laxa OSAKA in the Fukushima district (west to Umeda). We will continue our commitment to further enhancing Nishi-Umeda's attractive features as a gateway to the international city of Osaka with abundant greenery and cultural facilities. Constructing Commercial Facilities
  Along Hanshin Electric Railway, we develop various commercial facilities, including EBISTA Nishinomiya, which is integrated with Nishinomiya Station, and WISTE, a shopping center in front of Noda Station.

  Our real-estate business includes sales of independent houses and land lots; construction and sales of condominiums; construction and rental of offices and commercial buildings; and other related businesses such as appraisal of real estate, all conducted mainly in the areas along Hanshin Electric Railway.
